Motivation
The whole 99jobs.com conception comes from Du Migliano and Diego Ximenes. When asking friends where they were working, answers usually came with a "Ah, that same-boring-old-company, I don't really like, but it's ok". Careers chosen on impulse or only to satisfy a desire partially. Du and Diego felt like people were missing enjoying work, wether because they couldn't find a place they really like, wether because companies hadn't a cultural fit.
As an architect of the whole 99jobs.com platform, William carefully chose to migrate from PHP Laravel framework to Ruby On Rails, added a NoSQL DB to the already relational platform, and designed a lot of coding patterns across whole 99jobs-ecosystem.
